Positive: The staff at the front desk in the morning when I checked out were super friendly and helpful.
Negative: The parking was sketchy and hard to access. I was to park in Valet only area but sign said Valet only and had not been removed. It was dark and I was in a remote gravel area alone? My room was quite musty and breakfast was not included as expected.
Summary: I was only there to sleep overnight while traveling but this was not my usual Hilton experience

Negative: They overbooked my room. I paid for two nights in a room with a balcony (only three of these on the property). They sold my room to someone else for the first night! I was told to NOT use a third party like Booking.com and should book directly from them.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant to the valets (awesome valets).
Negative: The room smelled moldy. I am guessing because it was a handicap accessible room/shower that at some point maybe it was flooded. The shower current was a foot too short so no matter how you had the shower head angled half the bathroom floor ended up wet and that was with us putting down towels and being careful. The floor looked like they forgot to vacuum or didn't vacuum well. My side of the bed felt like there was a board under it so it wasn't comfortable but no one else in my party had that.
Summary: I was disaapointed with our room due to the moldy smell and the uncomfortable bed.

Positive: Property is in a very convenient location in downtown Annapolis. It’s very close to the free bus shuttle that takes you on Main Street which we loved.
Negative: The parking garage was very tight so it was hard to find a good spot worn our van but they do have a valet option.
Summary: This hotel was very nice to stay in and the location was very convenient near the free bus shuttle and walking distance

Negative: Room had a funky smell it smells like a gym The carpet needs to be cleaned. Bathroom wasn’t clean it needed to be mopped.

Positive: The room overall was VERY clean. It was easy located to restaurants, shops, museums, and the water.
Negative: I had to pay for parking while being a guest at the hotel an additional fee. I could have stayed closer to the downtown area and still paid for parking. I thought by choosing this hotel I was getting to park on their property which met parking would have been free since am a paying guest at the hotel.
